Conventional style frame tent. Adjustable height legs, totally open tent, white blockout vinyl lets no sun through and is 15-20% cooler. Just the same as a 20' x 20' A grade tent but in not quite as pristine condition. Still a very serviceable tent great for events other than weddings.
